Spicy Nethili Edi Sambal (Ikan Bilis Tumbuk)
This dish is best ever combination with Rasam, Dhal or sothi.. Upon requested by family member i done it again and below is the recipe

| Completed Ikan Bilis Tumbuk | 
Ingredients
Ikan bilis       - 100gm
Small Onion  - 5 - 6 pc
Garlic             - 10 pc
Cili Padi - 8 pc
Cili Padi - 8 pc
Cili Kering    -  5 pc
Lime              - Half (filter the seeds)
Belacan         - a bit (optional)
Salt to taste
Method
1. Heat a pan & fry the Ikan Bilis. Keep aside
2.Using the same oil, saute all other ingredients till turn to golden brown. Keep a aside
3. Now add the ingredients into the batu lesung to pound it. 
4. Once nicely pounded keep the mixture a side and ready to pounding ikan bilis. (My batu lesung small so i do portion by portion)
5. Final step pour lime juice into the mixture and mix it well. don't forget to add salt together.
6. Ready to serve
Notes:
Don't pound the ikan bilis too fine. 85% is just nice.
